Patrick J. Mitchell is an Associate at Zilske Law Firm, S.C.  He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where he received his B.A. degree.  Mr. Mitchell earned his law degree at Northern Illinois University.  Mr. Mitchell has defended employers and insurers in worker’s compensation matters since 1991.

After beginning his practice as an assistant city attorney, he specialized in worker’s compensation defense in Illinois.  He subsequently spent six years as in-house worker’s compensation defense counsel at a prominent multinational insurance company with a leading presence in North America.  Mr. Mitchell brought his worker’s compensation experience to Zilske Law Firm in 2008.  At Zilske Law Firm, Mr. Mitchell continues to provide representation in all aspects of worker’s compensation defense.

Mr. Mitchell is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Illinois State Bar Association.  He is also a member of the Wisconsin Association of Worker’s Compensation Attorneys.
